Developers, please take a peek at the list to see if this transition
affects you directly - or whether you are in a position to help.
Packages which are marked as a "yes" to pkg-cli means we are in a
position to directly upload a new version to Experimental (for syncing)
- packages which are not marked as Yes may require further coordination
with their maintainers
