Sure, but we need to choose some time, and I think around FeatureFreeze people
will have done most of their SRU work and will be concentrated on fixing things
for the development release. Anyway, while the new members are decided, the old
ones are still operative, so it shouldn't be a big deal.

Two years sounds like too much to me. What about one year?
Also, I don't like that idea of people not finishing their term because it's too
long. If it's too long and they will leave it before its end, then we should
make it shorter IMHO.
