Stefan Ebner (sebner) is now an Ubuntu Universe Contributor

    I am happy to announce that Stefan Ebner has been approved as a
Ubuntu Universe Contributor.  Although Stefan has only been working
with development since January, his focus on pulling the best of
changes from Debian and reducing the Hardy RC bug count led him to
achieve 134 uploads in the Hardy cycle, becoming the 21st most active
developer by upload count.  Please give him a warm welcome to the
development team.
