There has already been quite a lot of work done getting Urban Terror  
into Ubuntu, both on the side of the contributor, and also on the  
side of the reviewers. At the moment, work seems to be focused on an  
issue involving Urban Terror's included JPEG library, which needs to  
be abandoned in favor of Ubuntu's version. See the discussion on

If you wish to contribute to this undertaking, please contact the  
person who has be doing the work so far. You may very well be able to  
help.
