Packaging JBoss AS for Debian/Ubuntu

The jbossas4 source package got synced to Ubuntu but it fails to build
due to circular build-depends (see http://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/184557).
If you are working on the existing jbossas4 packages, please try to
resolve the circular build-dependency so it can get build on Ubuntu
automatically.
