hm... I guess I don't really have that concrete release goals myself.

However what I'd like is to keep development on intrepid going and to have a
good state of universe/multiverse when it's released.

For the first part, I'd once again like to raise focus on current TODO's:
- get down merges (267+44 for universe atm.)
- get the sponsorship queue back into a reasonable state (102) (woohoo, we're
almost down below 100... iirc one or two weeks ago we were > 150, keep
rocking!)
- clear REVU (well, a never ending task)

For the second part, I think it would be helpful if motu-release would be
informed of any bigger transitions that are ongoing some time before
FeatureFreeze, so that we can try to focus on transitions that might get
stuck, and will have them *hopefully* done even before FeatureFreeze :), so
that we have time to get all the cool new game packages... erm, so that we
have time to fix lots of bugs during Feature Freeze *g*.

Oh, and for FF handling, I think our model to delegate powers to different
teams was quite good, and I'd like to continue that.

Cheers,
   Stefan.
