Semantik not working

Semantik currently installs to the /usr/lib/kde4/ directory (like most
of the KDE4 packages did at the time it was packaged). This is
something I plan to remove in the next upload.

I suggest trying: "export PATH=$PATH:/usr/lib/kde4/bin" and see if
semantik runs after that.
