Cannot install siproxd on 8.04 due to missing dependency libosip2-3

Hi,

As per bug report
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/siproxd/+bug/238427 siproxd
fails to install on Ubuntu 8.04 due to an unmet dependency on
libosip2-3 which is only available on 7.10 and below.
The package information page at
http://packages.ubuntu.com/hardy/net/siproxd lists the packages that
siproxd depends on, and gives "libosip2-3: Package not available".
Hopefully this bug can be resolved as quickly as possible to allow
Ubuntu users to install/use siproxd on Ubuntu 8.04.
