Additional recommendations/instructions for triagers and bugsquad
members:

 - is the bug already filed as ITP/RFP bug in debian? If yes, add a
   remote bugwatch to the debian bug. Many packages are already
   requested in debian. Linking the bugs greatly helps finding someone
   to actually work on the package, really!

 - is the package already in the archive? From time to time people
   forget to close the bug in launchpad.
