Install Plone-site

Hello,
I have a problem installing plone-site
When reconfiguring, it returns
denis at Betelgeuse:~$ sudo dpkg-reconfigure plone-site
[sudo] password for denis: 
dzhandle zopectl: unknown instance `plone-site'
dzhandle remove-product: unknown instance `plone-site'
dzhandle make-instance: service user must be specified as user:group

It seems to be a packaging problem. (And seems to be the same with
debian package)
