policy for membership in MOTU key teams

Hi folks,

since we're trying out the new MOTU decision making process [1, 2], I'm asking 
if anyone of you would like to act as a "shepherd" for this discussion.

Since I started the discussion with my initial mail, I guess I'm out due to 
policy.

Nonetheless, I'd volunteer, if noone else would like to step in, and noone 
raises any objections in this regard until Sunday evening (from an UTC+2 POV).
