[StableReleaseUpdates] SPE 0.8.2a+repack-1ubuntu0.7.0 (Feisty) and 0.8.2a+repack-1ubuntu0.7.10 (Gutsy)

Hi everyone,

Help is needed to test the proposed packages SPE for Feisty and Gutsy,
which should be covered by a SRU from bug #124896:

A test case to reproduce the bug is described there, but is repeated
here for your convenience:
a. apt-get install spe (feisty or gutsy package, 0.8.2a+repack-1)
b. open up your terminal and run "spe --debug"
c. spe fails to start and you'll receive the error output as reported
on launchpad.

To test the fix, enable feisty-proposed or gutsy-proposed repositories
and update to the new spe package. You should receive no errors now.

Please, report your results in bug #124896.
