[Feature Freeze Exception] OpenProj

Hello, everyone.

I have filed a bug for OpenProj as a feature freeze exception.  You can see
the bug here:  https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/194212

I understand that you all are up to your necks in fixing bugs, but if anyone
is interested, please do review the package (it's already in REVU).  I am
fully prepared to do whatever it takes to bring OpenProj into the
repositories.

I believe (and some other folks who've commented on the package) that
OpenProj will provide a complete and useful project management application
to the Ubuntu repositories.
