sorry, seems like I recalled that wrongly. The guidelines started as a 
proposal from Emmet with some discussion on the mailing list, and I was very 
sure that we didn't finalize that yet in the wiki and have a note there as 
well. However I must have mixed this up with s.th. else, sorry.
