    As much I agree with Cody, I think Scott's point in a previous
mail that it is appropriate to have approval from a MOTU Meeting
before making such changes is an important one.  Despite any
discussion that may occur, even if the BugSquad agrees, let's not add
the team to ubuntu-bugcontrol without discussion at a meeting.
