Weekly TODO

Hello everybody,

I just added https://wiki.ubuntu.com/MOTU/TODO/Weekly which basically
includes https://wiki.ubuntu.com/MOTU/TODO/Weekly/Bitesize and
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/MOTU/TODO/Weekly/Packaging

Those pages list bugs that are sometimes easy for new contributors and a
similar concept of advertising bugs like that worked well for the
DesktopTeam.

I included MOTU/TODO/Weekly on MOTU/TODO and the UbuntuBugDay page, to
make it more discoverable.

Maintenance of the Bitesize and Packaging pages is really low. It's
simply a matter of running something like:

hugdaylist -n 15 https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bugs?field.tag=packaging

(I documented that on both pages.)

Please advocate MOTU/TODO where you can, let me know what you think and
please help out to update the pages at least once a week. Also: please
tag bugs appropriately when you come across them; it's really important
to have new fodder for new contributors handy.

Have a nice day,
 Daniel
