Haha, the million dollar question. Unfortunately the moin -> docbook
and docbook -> moin tools are not finished at the moment, and no one
is working on them. They also require at least Moin 1.6 (currently
beta, releasing later this year hopefully), and our wiki is a really
old 1.3.
Anyway, with a few tweaks and a bit of manual correction we should be
able to get the current docbook version working in the wiki (even the
docbook->moin tools assume a relatively recent moin version, such as
1.5.*, but we can probably work around it). Packaging is probably a
secondary concern for now given that most newcomer developers are
likely to look online for the documentation.
