Eclipse documentation missing

Hi!

Installed Eclipse on my fresh Gutsy installation, and though I'm greeted
with an "Overview" page, with "Workbench basics" and so on, none of the
tutorial pages are working. All I am presented with is a blank help window.
This also go for the "Help contents" in the "Help" menu.

There seems to be no separate documentation package either.

I assume this is a bug?
