Automatic Upgrading Testing of Universe

Hello everybody,

following up on the action item of the MOTU meeting, I had a telephone
call with Michael Vogt runs the automatic upgrade testing. He told me
that there's going to be a session at UDS about automatic upgrade
testing that will include Universe bits.
