MOTU/FAQ

Hello everybody,

I just looked at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/MOTU/FAQ and it's looking quite
good, still I wondered if we couldn't make more of a habit using it and
asking new contributors adding more information to it.

Especially with the updated docs, it will be great to just link to a
wiki page anchor as an answer to a question. :-)

... and make a regular process of expanding FAQ entries into fully-blown
wiki docs.
