Actually it's the other way around. The plan is to merge existing
documentation into http://wiki.ubuntu.com/DanielHolbach/PackagingGuide

In the appendix we already have a section with further links, I'll make
sure to integrate links from http://wiki.ubuntu.com/MOTU/Documentation
there.
