Mozilla ligature bug with Dejavu

is a patch to "fix" the ligature bug in Mozilla, as this is only fixed
in the next version this patch actually removes the ligatures from the
Dejavu fonts.

There's also a serious bug with FreeType on Gutsy the breaks U+00E5 å
at some sizes. Do you want a patch so DejaVu Sans doesn't trigger the
bug?
