Hopeful and Hopeful/Tips is on the removal list. Hopeful/Recruitment is
going to live in UbuntuDevelopment (describing how to become a MOTU).

Yes, we have an awful lot of Merging pages that are going to be merged.
I'll make sure that no information is just dropped like that.
