MOTU Q&A details

Hi all!
I was recently made a Fridge editor and I was wanting to put the MOTU
Q&A up as an event. The log of the MOTU Meeting (I unfortunately
couldn't make it) didn't have enough detail for me to feel confident in
setting it up on Fridge so I thought I'd email. So far on the meeting
log I see:

Daniel H. suggested that MOTU convene "regular MOTU Q&A sessions where
contributors can ask questions and wiki-fy them afterwards".
There was consensus that the first such session be held Thursday, May
31, 2007 at 0 UTC and 12 UTC "so everybody has a chance to be there"

Now, how long are we planning these for? 1hr? 2hr? Is our target
audience contributors and potential contributors? And the topic is a
general "Questions about MOTU and Universe maintainership" ?
