MOTU Council Charter

Hi,

during today's MOTU meeting, we've been discussing MOTU Council's charter [1]. 
However since only a few MOTUs were present today, I'm now rising this issue 
on the mailing list.

Anything, that's missing, needs to get improved/rectified in the Charter?

Are you all happy with it?
