call for votes: KDE4 uploads to universe

I also think this would be a better solution. Jonathan already said that
this he currently provides such an experimental repository, but only has
ressources for the i386 architecture. He likes to have his packages
included into feisty for having the other 5 ubuntu archs.


Btw, is there a public vote running for this, or is the subject just
misleading?
