My intention was to discuss the criteria for approval of a
nomination for a previous release, as opposed to any processing of the
candidate. As I understood the discussion, the resolution was to
approve nominations based on the following "Nominations should be
approved if a developer believes that the issue meets, or may meet,
the criteria for an SRU.", and that those nominating should ask in
#ubuntu-motu or on the mailing list to request approval of the
nomination. I have already added substantially similar text to our
SRU page (1).
