    Thanks for the note.  In future, it's probably best to file a bug
in Launchpad to request this type of upgrade.  In this specific case,
0.96 will be included in the next release (unless, of course, 0.97
comes out before then, and is chosen in preference to 0.96).  The
launchpad pages for each package will also tell you which version is
prepared for the next release, for easy reference.
