Main inclusion request: dmraid

Please include the dmraid package in main.
dmraid is needed for the use of fakeraid arrays, especially important
when dual-booting with Windows and Linux soft-raid is not an option.
To allow installing to a fakeraid, the dmraid package should be on the
install CD.

BTW, the instructions on UbuntuMainInclusionRequirements and
UbuntuMainInclusionQueue are not the same. And they tell to post on
ubuntu-devel, which is moderated (I tried 4 days ago).
