[SRU] obconf and cinepaint are in edgy-proposed

Hi,
The SRU for obconf and cinepaint have been accepted into -proposed and
are now waiting for testing.

Just try to launch it, if you don't get the following error it's ok.
obconf: error while loading shared libraries: libobrender.so.1: cannot
open shared object file: No such file or directory

https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/cinepaint/+bug/65457
cinepaint is easy to test: if you can apt-get install it without error
it means that the fix works.
