drupal in Debian has a new maintainer now. The current situation in
feisty is:
- binary package: drupal 4.5.8-5
(old binary package, not build from source anymore)
- source package: drupal 4.7.6-1
binary package is drupal-4.7 and doesn't conflict with/replace the old
  drupal binary

drupal-4.7 depends on
php4 | php5, php4-mysql | php4-pgsql | php5-mysql | php5-pgsql
