Light attendance at 24th December REVU Day

Reviewers and Packagers,
    Please be aware that due to the scheduled Christmas Break (1), the
REVU day of the 24th December is expected to have sparse attendence.
While packagers are still encouraged to submit their best work before
REVU day, and any reviewers who happen to be around are more than
welcome to review packages, neither party should be surprised if there
is no timely response to any of an upload, a review, or an
advertisement in #ubuntu-motu.

    This may also be true for the 31st December REVU day, but for
entirely different reasons.
