Library packaging update request

Hi,

I don't know if this is the right place to request this but I would like the
Guichan library (libguichan and dev) to be updated in the repository to
version 0.7.1. I'm not suscribed to the mailing list so if someone could
answer me directly I would appreciate. Also, if this is not the right place
to request such a thing, please guide me to whereever I may ask.
