[StableReleaseUpdates] smokeping 2.0.5-2ubuntu0.1 for Dapper

Hello everybody,

help is needed to test smokeping in Dapper, which should be covered by a
SRU from bug #86212.

Here are the steps to reproduce the bug:
1) Install smokeping
2) Reboot or remove /var/run/smokeping directory
3) Run /etc/init.d/smokeping start (or restart)
Init script will raise an error since will be unable to locate
/var/run/smokeping directory

To test the fix, enable dapper-proposed repository and update smokeping.
You should receive no errors now.

Please, report your results in bug #86212.
