full list of build failures for gutsy/universe

I have nothing against that. But please mark the created bugs with
something including the date, so, if I rebuild all packages again in 3
weeks, it's easy to:
- close all old bugs from this rebuild which still haven't been closed
- open all new bugs 

Also, please include the "guess" in the bug subjects. From my experience
in Debian, it's much easier to process bugs by grouping them by "guess".
