your decision and appreciate your honesty and determination to not let
the MC down.

I value your input and questions to applicants, they have made a big
change and have helped us all to find out who's good enough to join the
team and who's not.

Thanks again and I wish you all the best for your future. It's also good
to know you're not leaving us forever. :-)
