   * Authored man pages rmsd.1 and transform_structure.1; these
     can be found along with the code examples.
   * Patched automake files to install in $(DESTDIR) and to disable
     install-hooks that would delete files in /usr. Therefore,
     rules needs to call aclocal & friends.
