minor bug on network-manager-pptp

Hi everybody,

there is tiny problem:

If you set up a new VPN, you are getting asked two times about the type of
the vpn

you are not forced to choose a type at the 2nd time

you getting a really messy setup, if you forget to choose the a type at the
second time
