OK.  Is was not quite correct, but adding the LP business is a recent change 
and a mistake in my opinion.  If there's a needs-packaging bug, the packager 
can assign it to themselves, but that's all that really needs doing in LP.

LP is stunningly slow as web pages go.  I find it extremely frustrating.  I'm 
learning the mail interface, but as a web based service I find it almost 
unusable.  Pushing more towards LP is just going to make reviewing harder and 
take longer.  I am convinced.
