I see you filed a ticket in the answer tracker, which was the right
thing to do. Unfortunately, sacater responded (incorrectly) saying that
it was the wrong thing to do. I've filed a new ticket at
https://answers.launchpad.net/launchpad/+question/5522, so it should
happen soon.
