I wonder if we can expand on the typical reasons why this happens.
Of course, it's my opinion that we're likely to always have this problem
somewhat, as the relative difficulty in mastering packaging can lead to
underestimating the amount of education necessary to become a MOTU. And,
of course, there are always folks who think that becoming an Ubuntu
developer is what they want, but then in a few months have found
something new to steal their time and energies.
