StableReleaseUpdates lighttpd

Hello everybody,

The lighttpd package has been in dapper-proposed since ages, but nobody has 
yet commented if it works or not at [0]. Please test it, it is a simple 
change (init script fixes), and should not break anything. Append test 
results to the bug report, so that this can finally get into dapper-updates.
