Problem signing packages

Actually, now I've got a problem.

After I restarted the computer, gpa tells me there's no key available. I've
got a save of my key, and when I open it in a text editor, everything looks
fine, but gpa (and any other gnupg frontends) tells me the file doesn't
contain any valid key.

In the mean time, ~/.gnupg/gpg.conf has the option use-agent uncommented
again (and I didn't do anything for that).

Could anyone help me load my key again? the file is still the same (I've
made two copies of it, and they're identical).

I'd also like to know if commenting the option use-agent again once my key
is recovered is really safe.

Thanks a lot,
Loïc
