Sync requests.

Hi all
The sear package currently has some unmet dependancies, which seem to be 
fixable with a sync from Debian for sear itself, as well as a few 
libraries that it depends on.

Packages to sync:

All these packages appear to belong to the WorldForge project, and to 
ensure no breakage, all should be updated to latest versions from 
Debian.

Secondly, the package festival-freebsoft-utils needs to be synced, as 
speech-dispatcher-festival depends on this page. The version of 
festival-freebsoft-utils in Debian is 0.6-1, and the version currently 
in Ubuntu is 0.4-1.
