UVF exception request: scim-hangul (0.2.1 to 0.2.2)

The changelog suggests that this is a bug-fix release, and there aren't
many changes. Go ahead and get this uploaded once you've tested the
changes.

This doesn't seem to be connected to the UVF exception request, so it's
