UVF exception request: scim-hangul (0.2.1 to 0.2.2)

Hi, all.

I would like to ask UVF exception for scim-hangul. 

Ming Hua had put the changelog diff and diffstat between 0.2.1 and 0.2.2 to 
the bug 34472. Thanks you, Ming. :)

And, I put the screenshot attachments to show difference with/without 
skim-scim-hangul plugin. In summary Korean users need the plugin to configure 
Hanja key with skim GUI.
