Upload request: Ardour 0.99.2 UVF (#34266)

Hello MOTUs!

The Ardour 0.99.2 UVF exception request has been approved. The package
requires no modifications, so I'm told there's no point to upload to
REVU, but a MOTU should upload it directly. I would appreciate it!

The pacakge can be grabbed here: 
http://ftp.debian.org/debian/pool/main/a/ardour/

(The previous Ubuntu delta can be discarded, as it was only for a
build-dep version which has now been updated in Debian's package, so a
merge is all that is required.)
