For some reason you can only get it using bit torrent. The torrent ca be
found at http://torrent.ubuntu.com/releases/dapper/release/dvd/
(I saw this link on a random forum some days ago, it is on the ubuntu
server, so it should be ok, but I don't know why there is no link  in
the announcement for Ubuntu 6.06 or anywhere else.)
