sorry for being late w. meeting date discussion. here some dates:

Proposal 1): Tue, Jan 1, 14.00h UTC
Proposal 2): Wed, Feb 1, 20.00h UTC
Proposal 3): Thu, Feb 2, 20.00h UTC
