I also agree, our first priority should Ubuntu, I mean - if Debian did
what we want, either Ubuntu would not exist, or even if it did, we would
not use it.

I tend to agree here, as having us push everything to Debian implies we
don't do any real work of our own and are in effect a new (testing)
release of Debian. It also implies that Debian is our only upstream. It
is not - we have other upstreams, we do our own work here too (it seems
often that before Debian does it too).

Yes, which brings me to the point of my mail, now that the flaming is
over - and we are carrying on our way, Masters would you mind picking
apart those packages on REVU, and helping us apprentices achieve MOTU
enlightenment.
